Part of the ICC Information Group (established 1969), Inter Company Comparisons (ICC Information) was set up in 1979 and located in Dublin right beside the companies office.

Dedicated to serving the legal and accountancy professions with Company Formations and Company Secretarial services, ICC in the year 2000 began a major investment developing a "state of the art" Online Company Information Service.

In 1991, ICC Information Group Ltd. was acquired by Hoppenstedt Bonnier Information NV – now known as the Bonnier Group – Scandinavia’s largest media publisher with a turnover in excess of £1 billion and over 5,000 employees.

ICC’s sister companies are ICC Information (UK) LTD - one of the largest company information providers in the UK, Key Note – A Market Research agency specialising in industry specific reporting, analysis & forecasting, and The Prospect Shop – leading provider of UK business lists, are also based at our Hampton headquarters.
