1. COMPANIES VOLUNTARY STRIKE-OFF:

New strike-off list is now being compiled and the Companies Registration Office intends to publish it in September 2003.
2. NEW LEGISLATION:
The Tanaiste and Minister for Enterprise , Trade & Employment , Mary Harney published the new Redundancy Payments Bill, on 7th May 2003.
